Agreement

This Equipment Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 1st day of January 2026, by and between Da Bronx Mobile Hoops, LLC (the “Lessor”) and the (“Lessee”).

1. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

The Lessor agrees to rent the following equipment (the “Equipment”) to the Lessee for the event date specified below:

One (1) Mobile Trailer with 4 Integrated Basketball Hoops
Twenty (20) Basketballs
Four (4) Ball Holders
Four (4) Free Throw Platforms
LED Solar Powered Lighting System
Two (2) Bluetooth Speakers

2. FEES, DEPOSIT, AND CANCELLATION

Rental Fee: The total rental fee for the event is a minimum of $125.00 per hour. Discounts may be provided for additional hours. Remainder of the invoice is due at the conclusion of the contract period.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the event.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable (including deposit).
Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation, the Lessee may reschedule for a future available date within 12 months of the original date at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 24 hours/days in advance. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Rain Delay: In the event of rain, Da Bronx Mobile Hoops may grant additional time during the same day in lieu of cancelation or rescheduling of the event.

3. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND PICKUP

Lessor is responsible for the delivery, professional setup, and timely pickup of all Equipment. Delivery is expected 15 minutes prior to the contracted time. Pick Up will take place 30 minutes after the contracted time.
Lessee must ensure a clear, level, and accessible path for the trailer at the delivery site.

4. CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT & LESSEE RESPONSIBILITY

Inspection: By accepting the Equipment, the Lessee acknowledges it is in good working order.
Proper Working Order: The Lessee is solely responsible for returning all Equipment in the same condition as received.
Damage/Loss: The Lessee agrees to pay the full replacement cost or repair fees for any Equipment that is lost, stolen, or returned damaged (beyond normal wear and tear) during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the trailer, hoops, electronics, speakers, balls, etc.

5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Assumption of Risk: The Lessee acknowledges that the use of basketball equipment involves inherent risks of physical injury and understands the trailer is recommended for kids 7 years old or older and requires adult supervision.
Indemnity: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Lessee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Da Bronx Mobile Hoops, LLC from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use or presence of the Equipment during the rental period.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County Florida.
